Main responsibilities
1.OPS Daily Work, Issue re-delivery booking & On-hire booking to shipping line
2.Customer service
3.Work with OPS global depot, to check daily activities & communicate with depot service
4.Monthly check & input depot Invoices
5.Check OPS global depot contracts
6.Global inventory analysis, tracking inventory activities.
7.Finish other tasks order by team leader
Skill request:
1.Fluent written and spoken English
2.Over 2 years work experiences
3.Good communication skill, willing to learn and take responsibility.
4.Willing to work proactively and work hard
5.Proficiency with Microsoft Office
6.Bachelor degree
