職責描述：
1. Provide the design proposal of plastic part, and support design engineer to finish the design.

2. Lead the tooling making and release process, organize the meeting of the tooling release team.

3. Communicate with VOSS headquarter and tooling supplier for technical problem shooting.

4. Lead the Design of local injection tooling and Monitor the tooling manufacturing.

5. New material research and injection molding process database building

Requirements 要求:

Must-Criteria 必備條件

1. 5+ years’ experience in Precision Injection Molding engineering, automotive industry is preferred.

2. Familiar with plastic injection molding process, material Property and material suppliers

3. Familiar with the problems related to injection or tooling, and be able to provide the efficient solutions.

4. Good English speaking, listening and writing.

5. Teamwork sprite and good communication skills

6. Familiar with Operation of Injecting machine

Can-Criteria 優(yōu)選條件

1. Automotive components manufacturer, especially foreign company working experience is preferred.

2. Simulation software skill, like Moldflow, Ansys and etc.

3. Bachelor degree or above is preferred.
