*Position Description
To support Walmart China Business Develop team,

- handle agreements for new store as follows:
o Responsible for handling the legal due diligence of numerous potential lease agreements
o Responsible for advising on issues that arise out of the legal DD.
o Responsible for preparing, revising, and finalizing the lease agreements.
o Responsible for handling face-to-face negotiations with the landlords for lease agreement legal terms such as PolyGroup, Overseas Chinese Land, TEDA etc.
o Responsible for advising on all issues that arise in relation to the store lease agreements prior to the store GO
- handle leases of new Built-to-Suit (BTS) Distribution Center projects with DC developers such as Goodman, Brookfield and GLP:
- Responsible for handling the legal due diligence of potential distribution center lease agreements
- responsible for advising on issues that arise out of the legal DD.
- Responsible preparing, revising, and finalizing complex, long term Built-to-Suit (BTS) distribution center lease agreements with
- Responsible for advising on all issues that arise in relation to the hyper store lease agreements prior to the store GO
- handle legal affairs relating to maintaining self-owned property including shopping malls and Distribution Center.

Minimum Qualifications
* Law degree from a reputable law school; admitted to the PRC bar.
* A minimum of 5 years professional experience from a reputable law firm after receiving law; experience in real estate is preferred
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to read and write good English; speak English fluent is preferred.
* Efficient, responsive, accurate, self-reliant and self-starter
