*Position Description
1．Responsible for writing of Accounting Policy, Accounting Memo, and ensure those policies/memo compliance and localization, as well as coordinating with other finance organizations and International Controllership to ensure accounting policies and documentation is adequately aligned, documented, and updated.
2．Ensure continuity, consistency and timeliness of accounting policy, and oversee consistency of accounting policies at different functions of the company
3．Provide GAAP conformed technical accounting solution or accounting guidance for new business processes or other complex business transactions.
4．Train and demonstrate new accounting policy and ensure the new policies to be implemented correctly.
5．Lead to implement new accounting policy for new business or accounting policy change, assist the relevant teams to forecast and report change impact
6．Consult with International Controllership to reach a conclusion for a accounting solution on a certain significant event.
7．Benchmark from other countries how they adopt accounting treatment and apply for GAAP at the similar transactions, to improve applicability of our accounting policy and enhance quality and effectiveness of accounting.
8．Adhoc project as per management request, to ensure new business initiatives with proper accounting and controls and deliverables are provided to management and US timely and accurately.
*Minimum Qualifications
1.Bachelor Degree on Finance or Economics
2.CPA或ACCA
3.Strong in Accounting policies for CN GAAP, US GAAP or IFRS, strong accounting knowledge in practice. Being familiar with internal control processes and accounting related standards/regulations. Strong in English writing abilities. Possessed good ability in communication, harmonization.
4.10+ years’ experience in finance, accounting. At least 8 years of management experience.
