職責(zé)描述：
Coordinates, follow up and support the GIC/ Compliance Projects that are assigned by GIC Manager @ System Manager depends on business needs, daily work with OPS, AP, Legal, CA, MDSE, ISD, and any other functions to follow and close the actions within scheduled timeline.

Timely update project progress, report and assist GIC Manager @ System Manager on analyzing and filling gaps of implementation of action plans
Communicate & coordinate with external organizations to follow up on Compliance Projects initiated by GIC Manager @ Supervisors

Chase and monitor development of all outstanding compliance issues in risk categories on the monthly compliance tracking report

Ensures all information gathered from other parties are accurate

Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
?training and providing direction to others in their use and application;
?ensuring compliance with them;
?and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Ensures business needs are being met by
?evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives;
?consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders;
?soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness;
?and participating in and supporting community outreach events

Drives the execution of policy and processes of Government regulatory visits
?Developing SOPs of each stakeholder
?Developing in-market escalation protocol and ways to communicate
?Developing training program in HO and store level
?Analyzing and utilizing appropriate system to manage visit records, data and reports
