3)Support new business module:
?Involve in new project and provide professional proposal from accounting point of viewand make it happen in system level and operating level
2.Asset management
1)Supervise routing asset transaction and resultin line with PRC and IFRS GAAP
2)Follow the group CAPEX policy and optimize the local asset management procedure
3)Organize asset stock taking and reconcile the result
4)Prepare CAPEX budget and compare budgetvs actual
5)Involve in business and handle the special case in asset case like lost damage and compensation
3.Inventory management
1)Analyze the stock aging monthly by plant for provision accrual.
2)Check goods in transit status and ensure GIT is booked completely and timely.
3)Collect stock taking result from warehouse and make reconciliation
4)Organize stock taking and reconcile the result twice a year
4.Insurance management
1)Follow the group insurance policy.
2)Renew the contract with insurance broker timely if any contract expired.
3)Contact with insurance company/insurance broker if any case to be compensated.
4)Optimize the local internal insurance procedure.
5.Monthly closing
1)Ensure the general ledger and sub ledger are reconciled
2)Review the result in monthly closing package
3)Optimize the closing procedure to make it more smoothly
6.Others
1)Vendor master data management
2)Internal and external audit twice a year.
3)Others relate to above.
