POSITION SUMMARY:
Process design, management, improving. Reduce the lines’ scraps & down time. Continue improving process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. At least 3 years work experience in manufacturing. Maintenance experience is required in the areas of electrical and mechanical repair of equipment and facilities. Strong technical background is required with emphasis on welding and/or machining, electrical, and scheduling. Familiar with TS16949 systems. Automotive experience is preferred. Must have experience with process analysis, PFMEA, Process Flow, Problem Solving Tools. Must be able to design tooling. Must be able to read ,writhe, and understand English language. Ability to speak English is preferred. Must be willing to work overtime and/or off-shifts when required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Prepares and analyzes problem within operation process and improve process continually.
-Make sure effectively product. Optimize process flow. Resolve problem with process.
-Revise SOP/WI, and instruction of correctly opreation.
-Confers with manufacturing engineers and other manufacturing personnel to assist in developing new methods and procedures, tooling designs, weld schedules, and related applications where existing reference standards are not applicable.
-Control process performance strictly & detail procedure.
-According improving analyze report to organize members has detail action & schedule.
-Summary & collect improving method to make the procedure.
-Trains maintenance employees in machine operation and electrical and maintenance procedures;
-Responsible to ensure on-going improvement in internal and external quality levels;
-Recognizes and takes proactive role in correcting or changing conditions to ensure a safe work environment;
-Coordinates improvements to work areas to improve productivity, enhance quality levels, reduce scrap, and minimize work-in progress (WIP) within guidelines;
-Other duties as required.
