工作職責(zé):

1.參與建立并維護(hù)硅異質(zhì)結(jié)太陽能電池實驗室及產(chǎn)線PECVD、PVD環(huán)節(jié)的工藝流程和工藝條件，并能按照要求，不斷改進(jìn)和完善其生產(chǎn)工藝流程和工藝條件；

2.完成客戶現(xiàn)場PECVD設(shè)備、PVD設(shè)備的工藝調(diào)試工作，及時反饋工藝狀態(tài)，配合現(xiàn)場人員不斷提升設(shè)備的性能；

3.參與客戶現(xiàn)場初期異質(zhì)結(jié)電池生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的不良分析，判定歸類并給出對策；

4.協(xié)同設(shè)計部進(jìn)行設(shè)備的研發(fā)，提供設(shè)備技術(shù)參數(shù)和工藝反饋結(jié)果

5.負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)人員的培訓(xùn)，滿足客戶的技術(shù)支持；

任職資格:

1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，理工科背景，應(yīng)用物理，化學(xué)，光伏，材料等專業(yè)；

2、有三年以上相關(guān)異質(zhì)結(jié)光伏電池片工藝的研究經(jīng)驗；

3、能夠?qū)Ξ愘|(zhì)結(jié)相關(guān)設(shè)備的需求有一定的了解；
