University of Nottingham Ningbo China is seeking to recruit an Assistant in HR Operations Team (Maternity Cover for 8 Months)Your Responsibility Your key responsibilities include: ?Process and administer the payment of salary and other types of compensation?Ensure the data in the payroll system is accurate, and undertake the reconciliation of the payrolls?Manage social insurances and public housing fund related operations in compliant with government regulations?Responsible for the issue of salary statement letters and other employment related letters/certificates?Maintain payroll and employment related data and records including but not limited to payroll, tax, social insurances, public housing fund, certificates, contracts, staff profiles, staff data and etc.?Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be requiredAbout You ?You should have bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communication, English or other related discipline, master degree would be ideal?You should have experience working in HR or related areas?You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese?You should have Good analytical skills and relationship-building skills
