Job Responsibilities: 1. Develop industry-competitive Large Language Models (LLMs). 2. Apply machine learning algorithms to effectively extract domain knowledge. 3. Conduct research in generative AI and explore its applications. 4. Define and integrate algorithm goals into existing product systems to align with market strategies. Qualifications: 1. Ph.D. in computer science, mathematics, operations research, statistics, automation, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in deep learning ****works like TensorFlow or PyTorch. 3. Experience with large-scale LLMs (e.g., T5, GPT-3, BLOOM, GPT-NEO, GPT-3.5, LLaMA) is preferred. 4. **** in NLP, HCI, AIGC, or related areas is advantageous. 5. Experience publishing in top NLP conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP) is a plus.
