Post SpecificationKey Duties and Responsibilities:1.Lead and manage the Internal Audit Office (IAO) team, ensuring the effective execution of audit plans and alignment with the University’s strategic ****ives2.Oversee the design and implementation of audit programs, including risk assessments, compliance reviews, and operational audits3.Provide expert guidance on governance, risk management, and internal control ****works to senior management and the Audit Committee4.Review and approve audit reports, ensuring findings are clearly communicated and ****able recommendations are provided5.Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, external auditors, and regulatory bodies, to enhance audit effectiveness and collaboration6.Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior management or his/her delegates.Qualifications and Requirements:1.A Bachelor or a higher degree2.At least 8 year's working experience, preferably in auditing, financial compliance, or a related field3.In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in governance and risk management4.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop audit professionals5.Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
