The ideal candidate has high school leadership experience helping teachers educate the whole child through a range of academic and enrichment experiences that prepare students for a fulfilling life and success in challenging university settings.Qualifications:●Experience with AP or A-level curriculum development and ****uation●Experience providing staff development on best teaching practices●Teacher ****uation experience ●Knowledge of how to use data to inform school improvements●Strong communication and collaboration skills●School leadership experience●Knowledge of Advanced Placement programs preferredJob De****ion:?Maintain, ****uate, and improve school curriculum documents database?Supervise and support academic department heads?Analyze school performance data and survey data?Utilize data to plan school improvements?Conduct teacher observations and provide feedback and coaching?Plan teacher induction and staff development ?Conduct workshops?Attend meetings of the senior management committee ?Lead the academic management team and the academic committee?Identify areas for academic improvement and conduct strategic planning?Promote a positive and professional school culture?Promote school values?Work with student affairs to address academic integrity concerns?Work with academic affairs office to collect and review teacher grades, comments, midterm and final examinations, exam grades, and related student academic records?Work with human resources and department leaders to hire highly qualified teachers?Provide general support and leadership to fulfill school goals and achieve ongoing improvements
