崗位職責(zé)：1.處理學(xué)員投訴，疏導(dǎo)客戶情緒，負責(zé)投訴單后續(xù)問題跟進解決，提升客用滿意度；2.維護客戶關(guān)系，妥善處理不滿意客戶的訴求；3.跟進投訴處理進度及監(jiān)督結(jié)果反饋4.建立校區(qū)客訴及服務(wù)體系與標準；5.日?？驮V數(shù)據(jù)的分析和反饋，優(yōu)化客訴流程。任職要求1.全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，客戶關(guān)系等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；2.3年以上學(xué)員工作經(jīng)驗；再好未來，新東方工作過優(yōu)先。3.抗壓力強，做事認真細心，樂觀開朗，有很好的責(zé)任心。4.熟悉各種辦公設(shè)備，熟練使用EXCEL、WORD、PPT等日常辦公軟件；
