______（以下簡稱甲方）因工作需要根據(jù)《中華人民共和國律師法》的有關(guān)規(guī)定，聘請(qǐng)________（以下簡稱乙方）的律師為法律顧問，經(jīng)雙方協(xié)商訂立下列協(xié)議，共同遵照履行。

　　二、法律顧問工作范圍：

　　3.接受甲方委托，參與經(jīng)濟(jì)合同談判。
　　4.接受甲方委托，擔(dān)任代理人，參加訴訟、非訴訟、調(diào)解、仲裁活動(dòng)。
　　5.應(yīng)甲方要求，向職工進(jìn)行法制宣傳教育。
　　6.接受甲方委托、辦理其它法律事務(wù)。
　　2. the legal counsel will provide the following services： 
　　a. providing answers to legal questions， and issuing written legal opinion when necessary；
　　b. assisting in drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal document；
　　c. participating in contract negotiation on as behalf；
　　d. participating in litigation， non-litigation activities， arbitration， and intermediation；
　　e. handling other legal matters on behalf of a.
　　三、律師的工作時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)，根據(jù)甲方的提議，隨時(shí)聯(lián)系約定。
　　3. a will contact the legal counsel to decide the time and location each time when service is needed.
　　四、甲方向乙方每月繳納聘請(qǐng)律師費(fèi)________元。律師費(fèi)用按季繳納，參加訴訟、非訴訟、調(diào)解、仲裁、以及項(xiàng)目談判，收費(fèi)按規(guī)定另議。
