Title: Financial Analyst
Reports to: Greater China Finance Manager

The Role:
This position serves as the Financial Analyst for GS&S in Greater China
Based in WGQ, this role is responsible for providing financial planning, forecasting, and analysis (FP&A) support for the company’s high-growth Greater China organization. Consisting primarily of Global Solution & Service department in Greater China, we approximately have more than100 employees in 2015. This role reports to the Greater China Finance Manager and will work closely with the GS&S Director in China for the company’s Modular Vision Systems Division (MVSD) and the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis based at the company’s corporate headquarters in Natick, Massachusetts, USA.

Essential Functions:
1. Create annual budget and quarterly forecasts for GS&S department expenses in Greater China based on communications/coordination with various managers in GS&S.
2. Reconcile GS&S headcount plan with Asia HR Manager.
3. Review rolled-up department expense plan with MVSD GS&S Director.
4. Attend (via phone/video conference) quarterly financial review meetings with CEO and CFO to answer questions about plan.
5. Provide explanations for monthly actual vs. plan and proactively address any areas of overspending.
6. Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and service agreement invoices for China WFOE.
7. Perform credit assessments for new customers and adjust credit terms for existing customers as needed.
8. Prepare daily and monthly MVSD Sales Reports for Greater China, including daily/monthly bookings reports and monthly bookings forecasts.
9. Coordinate Technical manager for internal equipment management and perform audit of internal equipment distributed in China.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
1. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
2. Strong problem solving skills with sound business judgment and ability to communicate with management
3. Fluent in written and spoken English
4. Strong systems skills (Excel, budgeting software, CRM systems)
5. Demonstrated initiative working with minimal supervision on complex assignments
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic growth environment

Minimum education and work experience required:
1. Finance degree, CPA is plus.
2. +5 years of experience in multinational corporation ,High-tech company experience referred
3. 3+ years of work experience in FP&A role preparing budgets/forecasts and analyzing actual results vs. plan
4. Experience providing FP&A support for GS&S organization preferred
5. Location near Waigaoqiao is an advantage
