Responsibilities:

Main tasks include (1) to recruit new channel partners to achieve adequate channel network coverage for targeted areas, industries and Cognex product. (2) to strengthen channel partners’ involvement to build up qualified sales and technical team, to set up required sales and technical support facility and equipment, and to conduct sufficient sales, service and marketing activities (3) to drive partners to achieve booking, revenue and other goals committed by partners.

Candidate Specification
Professional Qualification
- The applicant should have at least 7 years of experience, by being a direct sales or being a channel sales representative, in selling highly technical or automation products, machine, sensors, or optical instruments etc
- The key qualification of the candidate is he or she has been the main contributor for multiple significant achievement in (1) major sales success, (2) recruiting of highly performing partners and (3) improvement of partners’ booking performance.
- The applicant should possess good understanding of sales process and required action in every key stage of sales process.
- The applicant should have good interpersonal skills and can deal with all levels of customer personnel including decision makers.

Personal Qualifications
- Must have Engineering or Science Bachelor Degree.
- Have good sense of responsibility toward achieving assigned goal and customer satisfaction, and can take necessary and enough action for realizing these goal.
- Strong drive for success.
- Able to persist to do whatever it takes to overcome difficulty in achieving goal.
- Personal Integrity.
- Good presentation, communication and listening skills in Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge of using PC and PC networking is essential
