1. Corporate with sales department for Bidding issues.
2. Fully responsible to arrange the travel and business activities of sales department.
3. Be an expert on CP system, and corporate with facility department with related materials for indeed input for Engineers.
4. Actively participate in process improvement projects to enhance department productivity and efficiency.
5. Work as a team with other colleagues in other divisions, product lines and departments and branches as necessary.
6. Provide support to other branches sales admin as a team as needed.
7. Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

Academic and Working Qualifications:
1. Bachelor or above, related working experience in with Sales admin administration.
2. Fluent Mandarin, fair English
3. Good customer service and telephone manners
4. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
5. Initiative & self-motivate working attitude
6. Good interpersonal and communication skill.
7. Good analytical and problem solving skill
