MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Provide effective leadership in executing the project and leading the team to achieve full PPAP on time and to achieve a perfect launch (as defined by perfect launch metric).
2.Utilize effectively the Customer Program Implementation process and tools to flawlessly implement the program. Major tools include: CPI Process Map, CPI web, Enterprise Reviews and Design Reviews.
3.Review and document project objectives and deliverables (PDT1-2 BOM Risk Assessment).
4.Prepare and lead project planning meetings (Project Timeline & Program Tracker).
5.Drive discipline and accountability in project plans.
6.Prepare, manage, and lead risk management plans. Utilize the escalation process as appropriate to assure adherence to program imperatives.
7.Maintain program management trackers to accurately understand & communicate project status.
8.Coordinate/optimize/track cross-functional efforts to meet program imperatives.
9.Lead with Sales the customer relationship for the project including the customer communication, coordination and issue resolution within the enterprise.
10.Coordinate with functional groups to review project team member roles and responsibilities. Provide performance feedback as required.
11.Maintain appropriate program documentation to comply with TS requirements.

SPECIFIC ISSUES (SUCH AS WORKING ENVIRONMENT, BUSINESS TRIP)
Willingness and ability to travel within China and globally, depending on Customer Location.




QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Degree:
Bachelor Degree of Engineering.

Working Experience:
At least 8 years working experience and minimum 3 years as Program Manager, automotive industry preferred.

蘇州公司于2007年在蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)注冊(cè)成立。工廠占地面積約4.6公頃，投資總額4500萬(wàn)美元。主要客戶(hù)為通用、福特、馬自達(dá)、神龍、奇瑞、比亞迪、上海汽車(chē)、CMC等。目前蘇州工廠的主要產(chǎn)品有轉(zhuǎn)向柱、轉(zhuǎn)向油管、液壓泵、手動(dòng)齒輪齒條式轉(zhuǎn)向機(jī)等。轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)于2009年5月在蘇州成立研發(fā)中心，使技術(shù)研發(fā)與制造得到更好的整合。轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)的亞太區(qū)管理中心位于上海市長(zhǎng)寧區(qū)。
