職責(zé)描述：
1.Take the initiative to discover the English improvement requirement of BU, design English Improvement plan according to business needs.
2.Utilized and compiled business courses and developed courseware materials according to our business needs: Tele-conferencing, Workplace Topics and Social Issues, Branding, Negotiation, Conversational Strategies, Business English Reading& Writing Practice in Internet Industry etc.
3.Design English training plan according to different Dept. in the company, give lessons according to the plan.
4.Assess English level for staff, develop targeted courses according to different English level，tracking their improvement, adjust the courses accordingly;
5.Draft standardized templates ext according to business purpose;
6.Held some English salon or activities regularly, Such as English Corner, Internal English magazine, English lectures.
任職要求：
1. With more than 3 years corporate English teaching experience;
2. Willing to work regularly, 5 days a week from 9:00 to 18:00;
3. Bachelor degree or above;
4. Easygoing and cheerful personality, willing to communicate with others, with passion to take challenges;
5. Familiar with Microsoft Office software, such as PPT, Excel, Word

Contribution for our business
1.He will help our BU to establish an English communication standard for different department, as an handbook, this will helps our staff to learn how to communicate more specific, efficiently, politely; he also will help to edit or proofread our business templates accordingly;
2.By designing and giving lessons by Dept. with high frequency, he will help our engineers to improve their English communication skills, know better of Culture difference, which means this position will drive Blue Cloud with more efficiency, and enhance our international tech operation image;
3.As a full time employee, he will give classes as below, which we may adjust it according to our learning progress
