職責描述：
1)Take in charge of Microsoft Azure and O365 Support Group tooling system landing and operation in terms of project management methodology, covering:
?Establish project management system as of project delivery plan, schedule
?Drive business requirement management
?Register Project risk as risk management
?Drive test plan, acceptance criteria and Monitor / control project progress to ensure system / project delivery successfully.
2)Business Process Owner, manage and coordinate with Dev team to fulfill all the business requirements accurately on schedule.
3)Manage and coordinate the system operation and perform enhancement management.
4)Conduct Business Intelligence and reporting measurement
5)Develop deep knowledge of core business process and project management process to drive delivery
6)Design and implement new or optimize project management methodology to drive delivery
7)Drive technical development teams on gap analysis and system design and prioritization of critical strategic components of the deployments.
8)Advise the business process and best practice for optimizing the TOG delivery
9)Lead and manager vendor to deliver and deploy system in schedule with qualified deliverables
任職要求：
Minimum qualifications:
1)BS degree in Engineering
2)5-7 years in system integration and ITSM engagement experience
3)Strong system integration project management knowledge
4)Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
5)Exceptional communication skills and ability to formulate insights and opinions around complicated system detection problems.
6)Self-directed, motivated and driven performer with exceptional multi-tasking abilities toward goal.
7)A strong team player that values the importance of the success of their overall group.
8)Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:
1)Demonstrated ability of software development is a plus
2)ITIL foundation knowledge is a plus
