Marketing manager
The Microsoft CDS group is hiring a Shenzhen based marketing manager to join the ODM Team. Microsoft is investing a lot in the ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) community, to build a mobile first, cloud first ecosystem, and connect modern devices to various services that allows everybody to archive more.
In this role you will be reaching out to Microsoft ODM partners mainly in China, some others in Taiwan, work with different teams from Microsoft Subsidiaries and US headquarter.
Duties include:
1.Conduct local Microsoft marketing events, build an ecosystem with momentum on grow, scale and refresh.
2.Design and land Microsoft marketing programs that fits into ODM business model, that can scale quickly;
3.Marketing through partner, sponsor ODM marketing activities, evaluate, control and improve ODM marketing performance.
4.Align with Microsoft headquarter and subsidiary marketing programs, work with worldwide stakeholders to land ODM solutions.
Requirements:
Must:
?Native Chinese language skills, and fluency in English;
?Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;
?Expert user of office applications;
?5+ years sales/marketing/product manager experience in consumer electronics or smart device industry;
?Understand ODM business model, good connection in ecosystem;
?Strong project management skills, has leadership without authority, good team worker for cross function
Preferred, Plus:
?Experience in IoT, Cloud, AI, Voice technology
?Managing marketing programs;
?Owner of a big marketing event;
?Experience on digital marketing, online marketing
