PLM Senior test engineer (Janpanese)
RESPONSIBILITY
·???????? Interact and communicate with business department(most are Japanese) to clarify the requirement and design
·???????? Communicate with partner teams for efficient and effective collaboration
·???????? Test preparation and planning
·???????? Assist test team setup
·???????? Ensure test execution on time, on scope, and on quality
·???????? Analyse the test basis such as Unit Test Report, Technical Design, Function Design and User Journey to fully understand the deliverables
·???????? Lead test team to design test cases for different test levels and test objectives to fully secure the target application
·???????? Lead test team to execute the test cases to detect the defects and errors in the target application
·???????? Support test lead to manage the defect the defect-lifecycle mgmt. tools, such as ALM (QC), JIRA or DMS
·???????? Support test lead to write test report, consolidate test result, conclude go-live suggestion and analyse the risk of the target application before deliver
·???????? Guide and train the junior tester with the domain knowledge and testing techniques
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCE
Must
·???????? 3+ years testing related experience in IT industry with expertise in software testing related methodology, process, tools and test frameworks
·???????? Extensive experience in testing project management, resource management, quality management and business development
·???????? Rich experience working in a global organization with different nationalities/cultures, background and skills
·???????? Fluent oral and written in Japanese(primary) or English(secondary) language
·???????? Effective and excellent communication skills
·???????? Experience of working with large/complex application testing?
·???????? Quick learner of new technology
