EQ Derivatives Assistant
Your role
We are looking for someone who:
?Has basic knowledge on EQ derivatives product in OTC market
?Be responsible for EQ OTC related documents chopping process, such as SAC agreement, trade confo, investment instruction, client suitability documents etc.
?Be able to ensure all internal procedures and controls are complied with local rules, regulations and UBS internal policies when perform document chopping process
?Be able to manage queries from both external and internal clients e.g., trading counterparties, Front office, Finance, L&C, etc.
?Client focused and be able to handle queries independently.
Your team
You will be working in the UBSS Ops Trading/GCM team, we provide clearing and settlement support to FRC, EQ and CCS; we are responsible for preparing estimated PnL of FRC trades, managing life cycle events for EQ OTC products; We also need to manage queries from both external and internal clients.
Your experience and skills
You have/are (must):
A university degree
?Strong attention to detail
?Fluent in English
?Excellent at teamwork and cross-team collaboration
?Able to handle multi tasks and prioritize
