Responsibility：
1.The SharePoint Developer will design, develop and maintain key components of the SharePoint Platform using Microsoft .Net framework. Developer will participate in requirements gathering and analysis to develop solutions for all tiers of the application: user interface, middle-tier business components, database layer, etc.
2.The candidate will be expected to: suggest, design, create, and implement/modify SharePoint sites for various key business groups in 3M.
They will analyze and upgrade SharePoint 2010 on premise to SharePoint 2013 on premise, including existing SharePoint sites & applications.
3.The developer will be a key contributor to innovation and build proof of concept that can be leveraged across the enterprise. This candidate can develop, write custom code and leverage out of the box features of SharePoint 2010 & 2013.
Skillset：
? Minimum 3 years working experience on SharePoint Platform
? Solid understanding of SharePoint technologies 2010/2013
? Experience with SharePoint Designer 2010 and 2013
? SharePoint experience MUST include Designer and custom workflows, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CAML, custom web parts, navigation, and branding/customization.
? Design and Development of SharePoint Apps based on Microsoft SharePoint, JQuery, JavaScript, REST Data Services.
? Customize workflow task and process behaviors through the use of standard SharePoint 2013 Workflows.
? SharePoint 2013 Object Model Programming (ability to write custom event handlers, create lists /content types/alerts via code, create features, understand SharePoint Client Object Model etc.) and REST API.
? Experience using SharePoint 2013 CSOM and REST API.
? Experience working with AJAX, JSON, and XML.
? Experience working HTML and CSS or HTML5 and CSS3
? Any experience in Lotus Notes will be a plus
