Responsibility



1, Responsible for goal setting and performance review for subordinates.



2.Responsible for leading the design, development, delivery and maintenance of software application with application development experiences



3. Managing multiple small engagements or a single large project, including preparation of work plans, contracts and budgets, as well as managing project teams and client relations, and overseeing preparation of project deliverables.



4. Work with onshore team to clarify business needs into product features, acting as a bridge between business and technical domains.



5. Resolve technical issues and provide technical support. Provide technical guidance and assistance to other software engineers.



6. Responsible for process deployment.



7. Ensure deliver projects on time, within planned budget and required quality level.



8. Prepare staffing plan & allotment of resources.



9. Resolve any issue/conflicts within own set of projects



10. Achieve on time and quality project deliverables within budget.



11. Improve customer relations by way of effective communication, managing expectation and meeting commitments.



12. Keep abreast of technical & organizational developments in own professional field.



Requirement



1. Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.



2. Over 8 years IT working experience and 2 years in project management experiences.



3. Have experience in leading 10+ developers in performing software development.



4. Very good understanding of the software life cycle development process.



5. Must have strong technical background in some of emerging technologies (such as Blockchain, AI, Machine Learning etc.)



6. Proficient English language skill in both written and spoken.



7. Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skill.



8. Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.



9. Good team-work spirit.
