職責(zé)描述：
1.In charge of China indirect tax filings for WOFE and branches. Collect and prepare all materials through ERP system and stakeholders. Prepare all indirect tax returns, ensure tax filings are all completed timely and accurate;
2.Prepare and file quarterly income tax returns and allocation form;
3.Other tax computation and filings such as Stamp Duty and various surtax;
4.Perform statistics filings required by Statistics Bureau or State/Local Tax Bureaus, by monthly/quarterly/yearly basis;
5.Oversea payment process, including related tax registration/filings and SAFE registration/filings;
6.Monitor China tax regulations changes to identify possible tax saving opportunity, and advice on business for any possible impact;
7.Work with stakeholders to improve current procedure, sense the potential tax risk or tax saving, communicate with accounting team and finance team to make the process more efficient;
8.Tax accounting, complete GL reconciliations for tax accounts, and prepare manual journals for tax related adjustments;
9.Support manager with tax audit, including tax authority’s audit and external firm’s yearly audit.
10.Assist with tax filings in other territories, such as Taiwan, HK, and Korea;
11.Assist with other special tax/TP/Treasury cases, if needed;
12. As backup for China tax invoicing and banking process.
任職要求：
1.Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or Tax;
2.Minimum of 5 years experiences with big four or as tax accountant in MNCs; Experience in tax filing, advisory and overseas payment process;
3.Knowledge of Japan tax or fluent in Japanese is a plus;
4.Excellent communication (verbal and writing) skills in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin);
5.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
6.Team work spirit, Hardworking, Fast learner;
7.Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly to non-experts.
