Responsibilities:
· Responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer service and customer satisf.
· Provide on-site service support and maintenance of Accuray’s products in the assigned territories.
· Provide on-call support to Accuray customers in China.
· Manage the technical service information flow between Accuray HQ and China.
· Closely interact and communicate with customers, sales teams and customer support team and coordinate field support functions
· Implement Preventive and Corrective Maintenance programs for China Region.
· Manage the technical service information flow between Accuray HQ and China.

Qualifications:
· A technical Bachelor’s degree (Bachelor of Science in Electronics & Engineering) or equivalent is required
· Minimum 2 years experience in Field Service, installation and troubleshooting complex electronic equipment or equivalent
