工作職責(zé)：
?Develop suitable DNA Oligo products including primers and probes according to market demand, provide
starting formulations/data sheets, compile SOP, supervise and implement the required process and scale up
studies.
?Coordinate with production team on scale-up projects to determine appropriate design and product
specifications to facilitate the manufacturing.
?Support production trouble shooting, process improvement and cost reduction for DNA Oligo manufacturing.
?Provide technical support to mfg team by providing technical know-how transfer, technical presentation and
training, etc.
