Responsibilities:
The role will responsible for both commercial team and customer application center team’s training capability building
Identify the internal (commercial team)and external training (customer) needs
Responsible for developing modular training course for new and existing commercial team members, creates onboarding plan for new employees and coach programs for high potential employees
Coordinates training sessions with global customer experience center, FAS team and ensures best in class execution of customer and internal trainings
Ensures high quality training material and be able to development courses to meet China market specific needs with global team’s support.
Measures quality of training
Monitors competitors training initiatives and develop our unique courses
Makes customer application center and commercial team annual training plan and coordinate with other functions to realize the annual plan

任職要求：
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor or master degree with profound understanding of life science /medical device.
4+ years of training experience in multinational company/environment
Fluent English skills in terms of oral and writing English
Good communication and cross-functional collaboration capability

Preferred Qualifications:
Working experience in similar Customer Experience/Excellent Center
Preferred experience in sales in life science industry
