Increase customer satisf and productivity by providing outstanding, high-quality customer application education and support, incl. turnover training and further continuative education for high-end systems, thereby optimize customer training experience
Reports directly to the Application Supervisor
Customer Application Specialist. Responsible for the application education and support for one Business Unit Responsible for standard systems and applications.
Delivery of Application Services (Training and Support) in pre-sales, implementation and after-sales.

At least 3 years professional experiences in a clinic or equivalent backgrond, with 1 years application experience Work experience with Siemens System preferrable
