What are my responsibilities?

Execute all service activities assigned to him, which are coordinated via the Customer Care Center, in an adequate and appropriate manner It will include all service incidents, installation, preventive maintenance and system modification on demand

What do I need to qualify for this job?
At least 2 years expieriences within customer service in the field of medical equipment/ electirc equipment
