?Responsible for custom and semi-custom equipment used in the Filling, Printing, and Kitting Processes. This includes Fill lines, Portable Chillers, Printers, Label vision systems, folding, Kit labeling stations, and Weight Check stations.
?Support the Automated process equipment Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, Validation, Calibration and Maintenance – with support from the US-based team
?Develop a detailed knowledge of the Automated processes. Understand the cause & effect relationships between process parameters and product performance, identify critical to quality (CTQ) process parameters, and understand how to diagnose and troubleshoot potential equipment failures.
?As a Senior Engineer, this position performs moderate tasks and functions in the specific Engineering field. Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem solving skills in order to deal with most situations.
?Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of the Engineering field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments. Successfully applies complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular areas of specialization. Demonstrates knowledge of organizations business practices and issues.

?REQUIRED SKILLS:
oExperience working in Industries leveraging high-speed automation such as Automotive, Semiconductor, Aerospace, or Food & Beverage. Preferably in a highly regulated industry.
oAutomation process engineering experience designing & procuring large-scale capital equipment. Preferably with subject matter expertize in mechatronics and vision systems.
oStrong competence in Six Sigma Statistical Process Controls
oExperience in generation and execution of validation protocols
oExperience with Process FMEA/Risk Analysis.
oEnglish communication skills is preferred but not a must.

?EDUCATION:
oBS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

?EXPERIENCE:
oTypically 5-8 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge

?TRAVEL:
o20-25% in international travel is anticipated to support knowledge transfer from the US-based team and equipment qualifications prior to shipment (DQ, FAT).
