What are my responsibilities?
1. Follow instruction / processes and finish assigned task in production with high quality and high efficiency

2. Lead the Factory Installation and finish assign takes to meet company quality/ efficiency standard and get high customer satisf ratio
主導(dǎo)工廠安裝并以公司質(zhì)量管理與效率的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成指派的任務(wù)，爭(zhēng)取獲得更高的顧客滿意度
3. Report testing problem, errors in time and fixed problem base on instruction
及時(shí)報(bào)告測(cè)試問(wèn)題，錯(cuò)誤并根據(jù)指導(dǎo)書解決問(wèn)題
4. Proactively drive to fix testing problem, errors, from production, process point of view
站在生產(chǎn)與流程的立場(chǎng)，積極主動(dòng)推動(dòng)解決生產(chǎn)問(wèn)題，錯(cuò)誤
5. Drive to fixing problem during Factory Installation, ensure short production testing cycle time and high first pass yield
在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中，推動(dòng)整個(gè)測(cè)試流程，確保較短的測(cè)試周期和較高的一次性通過(guò)率
6. Finish record / report / documentation in time with good quality
正確并及時(shí)完成記錄/報(bào)告/文檔的填寫

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Electric and machenical instllation skill of AX products
具有機(jī)械或電子方面的安裝技能
2. Basic practice in Micro office software, e.g. Excel, PPT and word
具有基本的辦公軟件技能
3. Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in mandarin as well as English(CET4/6 is plus) 中級(jí)的普通話和英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)與書面溝通技能（有CET4/6為佳）
