Responsibilities：
- Work closely with internal & external customer in SIOP process , work out solid and robust demand forecast , track forecast accuracy & fill rate
- Establish demand-supply interface, communicate frequently with supply chain team to drive demand-supply process smooth and excellent
- Responsible for whole order to cash process, manage backorder ensuring effective supply info transmission and high order fulfillment. Co-work with financial department on AR forecast and collect payment on time.
- Monitor stock levels, check inventory before production triggering, obtain and track s on reduce and promote slow moving and aging products.
- Prepare samples & documents for local sales biding
Coordinate with QARA on registration DOCs preparation for local new product launch or existing product renewal
Qualifications：
- Bachelor degree or above, major in English, Business, Commercial, Supply Chain, etc.Customer oriented & self-disciplined
- Fluent spoken & written in English
- At least 3 year’s work experience in customer service or sales operation. Planning experience as plus.
- Familiar with SAP, be able to customize report per CS manager requirement with IT team.
- Good command of Excel ,high analyzing & reporting ability
- Good analysis skills
- & Result oriented
- Strong communication skill, initiative, responsible, self-motivated
- Progressive and willing to learn
