PRIMARY PURPOSE AND OVERALL IVE OF THE JOB:
Leading the team and manage the system to ensure all customer feedback are adequately addressed in compliance with regulatory regulations, ISO standards and Corporate policy.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Maintain and improve the system to ensure all customer feedback are adequately addressed in compliance with regulatory regulations, ISO standards and Corporate policy
2.To develop and maintain customer complaining system consistently generate and preserve data and report as required
3.Collect and handle customer compliant that cover all business units in Greater China via the corporate complaint handling system
4.Handle and respond to all daily customer enquiries in accordance with company requirements to ensure customer satisf
5.Analyze customer complaint and feedback to related department to improve the overall service level and report to Global
6.Following global instruction, coordinate the implementation of field timely
7.Regularly analyze the data trends and timely report to customer service department head depending on collecting data.

KNOWLEDGE, LANGUAGE AND EXPERIENCE:
1.Bachelor degree or above with major in Medical/Clinical Field, Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering
2.Equipped with the leadership and management skill, at least 3 years’ experience in multinational company responsible for customer complaint handling and customer satisf survey experience in medical device, biomedical or pharmaceutical industry preferred
3.Good command of English both written and oral
4.Good communication skills especially the skills of professional telephone manner
5.Experience on SAP and quality management is plus
