職責描述：
Accomplish system requirement analysis and definition from the customer requirements, also tracing the system requirement is fulfilled during the implementation of subsystem of the product lifecycle.
完成來自客戶需求的系統(tǒng)需求分析，定義，同時追蹤、保證系統(tǒng)需求在產品生命周期中在各個子系統(tǒng)中得以滿足實現(xiàn)；
Lead and organize system engineers with clinical user to do the system requirement analysis from the requirement of clinical user, system user which including installation engineer, service engineer.
帶領并組織系統(tǒng)工程師與臨床用戶完成系統(tǒng)需求的分析，使系統(tǒng)需求滿足于臨床用戶、安裝工程師，服務工程師的用戶要求；
Record the result the requirement analysis to generating and maintain the system requirements documents which the files should be compliance with the quality management.
記錄需求分析的結果，并建立、維護符合質量管理要求的需求文檔；
Responsible to explain the requirement to subsystem designers during the product development.
負責在產品開發(fā)過程中，對子系統(tǒng)設計者澄清需求；
Review the subsystem spec and tracing the system requirement is totally reached.
評審子系統(tǒng)規(guī)范，追溯系統(tǒng)需求的實現(xiàn)情況，以保證需求得到實現(xiàn)；
Dig the internal system requirements on system safety, reliability to ensure design a robust system.
挖掘系統(tǒng)安全，可靠性的內部系統(tǒng)需求，保證產品設計的穩(wěn)健性；
Other tasks assigned by the leader
其它未盡事宜。

任職要求：
Master degree or above in science and technology majors.
碩士或以上學歷，理工相關專業(yè)；
With the at least 3 years system engineering experience in product Master design and development. Medical product R&D experience is better.
至少5年在產品設計開發(fā)中的系統(tǒng)工程經驗有，醫(yī)療產品研發(fā)經驗優(yōu)先；
Experience with cross-functional departments communication and work.
有跨部門工作、溝通的工作經驗；
Familiar with the ISO13485.
熟悉ISO13485；
Familiar with the system modeling language, such as UML.
熟悉系統(tǒng)建模語言比如UML；
Have a good understanding and strong analytical ability.
良好的理解力和很強的分析能力；
Excellent communication skills with colleagues.
與同事優(yōu)秀的溝通技能；
Good and quick study ability.
良好的快速學習能力。
