Project feature activity guidance related to Community project & Service learning 5. Assist in the implementation of high-quality internal and external staff PDs (following HR procedures) as per the need of the school, in collaboration with Coordinators, that contribute to staff’s professional growth and sustained program development 6. Coordination work between the academic and pastoral team in the middle school to create practices that focus on student learning support as per IB standards and practices by working with the pastoral team In addition, the MYP Coordinator is also responsible for Developing the Community Project Programme - Be thoroughly informed as to the goals and expectations of the IBO with respect to the programme- Research how the programme is run in other schools, and seek out best practices- Make recommendations with respect to the further development of the programme- Devise a plan for the running of the Community Project programme14.
