Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines2. Minimum 15 years’ Quality Assurance experience in electronics manufacturing industry with at least 8 years n managerial level3. Expert on QA systems like ISO9000/ISO14001/TS16949/AS9100 and ISO13485 systems4. Proven track record in operations improvement with significant business growth achievement5. Excellent communication and influencing skills in enhancing collaboration and relationships across different functions and operation units6. Proactive, strong business acumen and versatile in problem solving and decision making7. Based in Suzhou is required.8. Good command of spoken and written English
