工作內(nèi)容：1. Responsible for organize the project design team, ****ing the professional supervisors, and writing the organizational chart2. Sorted out the scope of project design work and disclosed to the design team according to the owner's contract, specifications, and early meeting minutes and clarifications3. Organize and **** the interface of project design work, including the interface of various specialties outside and inside the technical department4. **** that the drawing supply plan of the owner meets the project plan5. Organize professional supervisors to identify design risks at each stage of processing design, and track the implementation of solutions and measures6. Organize all majors to prepare Deliverable list and list of materials7. Prepared design manpower plan according to design Level 5 plan8. Proposed design resource requirements, and proposed the number, qualification, experience, software and hardware requirements of designers according to the design plan9. Organized the review of construction plans10. Monitor design progress, quality and cost11. Responsible for the compilation of management design changes12. Organized the preparation of as-built drawings任職資格：1. Bachelor degree or above2. More than 12 years of project design and management experience3. Good English reading and writing ability4. Be familiar with offshore oil & gas industry standard and code, and common experience in floater engineering5. Good at coordination with all discipline.
