Reporting to:Sales Support ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the end-to-end operation of master data lifecycle including creation, update, and archival/deletion of the master data, by following the standards and quality requirements of the domain. Each day, you will provide support on master data management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by understanding the impact of the master data maintained and accordingly providing guidance to others on the related matters.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the ELSPELSB in China. Main stakeholders are distributors and internal sales team and users.You will be mainly accountable for: ● Ensuring that the master data is maintained efficiently and accurately in all systems, within your scope of responsibility. ● Documenting, reviewing, and updating the work procedures pertaining to all aspects of system maintenance. ● Participating in the elimination of non-conformance and adopting the ‘first-time right’ approach to assist in the overall resolution of quality issues. ● Acting as a master data super user, when needed and providing support and training to other Master Data Specialists and master data professionals in your area of responsibility.Our team dynamics (Optional)You will join a dynamic and high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) ● You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with SAP, MDG, Customer online busienss platform and the electrification market ● Ability to demonstrate your experience in / Have established skills / advanced skills / You have 5 years of experience in Commercial operations, channel support, channel managemennt(OPTIONAL: working as sales support with electrificaiton products ● Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in SAP, SFDC, MDG, CBOL ● You are passionate about / you are captivated by / you are innovative around communication with people and collaborate with people to deliver ● Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in / Extensive knowledge of / Proven experience of customer support in manufacturing industry ● You are at ease communicating in EnglishWhat's in it for you?
