Make it your story.Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will be responsible for ensuring successful transition of new products from design to mass production, achieving manufacturability, quality, and cost target.The work model for the role is: onsiteThis role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions division in China.You will be mainly accountable for: ● Participate in new product design review, providing ****uations from manufacturability, assembly, and quality control perspectives, and proposing design optimization suggestions. ● Provide technical inputs Design for Assembly (DFAM) analysis to R&D team, to improve production efficiency and quality reliability. Support prototype making, coordinate the resolution of technical issues arising during the trial process. ● Define assembly processes and production flow. Responsible for developing process documentation for new products, including process flowcharts, PFMEA, control plans, and SOPs. ● Organize and oversee the 0-series production validation process. Provide technical support and respond ****ly to resolve issues during small batch production and mass production ramp-up phases.Qualifications for the role ● Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical or electrical related. Experience in industrial engineering, production engineering, or production. ● Production Engineering experience in the switchgear industry or related manufacturing sectors (such as automotive or industrial automation) is preferred. ● Familiar with power system standards and specifications, MV switchgear knowledge on the structure and manufacturing process. ● Proficient in applying tools such as FMEA, DFM/DFA, control plans, and process flow diagrams. ● Skilled in using 8D, 5Why, and fishbone diagrams problem analysis and resolution tools. Experienced in using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. ● Possess basic project management knowledge and apply it to ensure timely project delivery ● Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.What's in it for you?
