職位描述： Builds up and manages new process R&D laboratories
2.Provides leadership in improving existing processes, finding ****native synthesis and scaling up of the lab process.
3.Develops an appreciation for the principles of cGMP and conforms with all relevant departmental and other company standard operating procedures.
4.Clarifying and resolving all possible problems related to safety, robustness and economy which are associated with transforming a lab procedure into an industrial process.
5.Supporting implementation of new process in the production plant.
6.Active support of integrated technical development activities and work in interdisciplinary project team.
7.Effectively leads and manages assigned R&D projects and personnel.
8. Conducts annual performance ****uations for all assigned group members
