Responsibilities
The HR Generalist/Specialist will be responsible for employee recruitment, C&B, training etc for the manufacturing organizations.


Talent Acquisition :
?Responsible for open positions recruitment.
?Assist to create/update Job De****ion & organization charts
?Identify and expand appropriate recruiting channels, build talent funnel

Compensation & Benefit:
?Accurately generate monthly payroll, and compensation analysis report
?Handle social insurance and coordinate income tax return
?Manage HR system and maintain employee records Ensure accurate data at all times (Oracle, Taleo, etc.)
?Participate in performance appraisal, budget and merit increase and salary changes calculation.

Communication & Employee activities:
? Initiate and Implement staff activities to enhance and promote company culture and Vision/mission
? Follow up Engagement Survey, promote employee engagement initiatives and programs

Training & Development:
?**** and identify qualified training agents
?Coordinate and ensure all necessary training program 100% attendance and participation including associates development plans and training program


Position Qualifications

?2-6 years HR Generalist skills covering recruiting, C&B etc
?Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
?Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
?Good written and verbal English communication skills
?Experience with HRIS system is a plus
