工作職責(zé)
1. Follow the equipment maintenance procedure and make corresponding records
按照保養(yǎng)計(jì)劃完成設(shè)備的保養(yǎng)，并把備件更換情況及保養(yǎng)數(shù)據(jù)記錄在相對(duì)應(yīng)文件中。
2. Take one or more tasks of mold & tooling change, process adjustment , spare parts keeping, mold and fixture maintenance.
參與并完成模具夾具更換、工藝調(diào)整、備件管理、模具夾具的保養(yǎng).
3. Assist to follow new products trial.
協(xié)助參與新產(chǎn)品試驗(yàn)。
4. All the production equipments maintenance procedure 、daily check and repir make corresponding data records 。
廠務(wù)設(shè)備的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)及維修和日常點(diǎn)檢并完成相應(yīng)的記錄。
5. Assist the engineer to install new equipments , be a trainee for operation and maintenance
協(xié)助工程師完成新設(shè)備的安裝，完成設(shè)備的操作和維護(hù)。
6. Assist team to make continuous maintenance improvement
協(xié)助團(tuán)隊(duì)持續(xù)改善并提供改善建議。
7.Other tasks assigned by dept managers.
部門經(jīng)理安排的其他任務(wù)。
任職要求
1.Technical school or high school or above
高中或中專以上學(xué)歷
2.Minimum four years working experience in Automatic control or machine maintenance ，Have the online PLC used experiences .
四年以上自動(dòng)控制或機(jī)械電氣維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),有PLC 實(shí)際操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
3. Can use tool to understood the machine English instruction book ,Honest and self-disciplined, reliable & stable, team-work spirit.

能閱讀簡單英語，誠實(shí)，負(fù)責(zé)，穩(wěn)定，有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向和自我管理
4. Having an experience in PU line or injection molding or ultrasonic welding equipment maintenance or repair is preferred
有注塑機(jī)、超聲波焊接設(shè)備或相關(guān)設(shè)備維修保養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
5. Adapt Shifting
