職責(zé)描述：
1.Develop team structure, monitor, motivate, and coach employees to enahce team capability.
2.Quality stratagy excution, KPI setting& Follow up.
3.Responsible for advanced quality, lead Cross Functin Team to earlier identify the quality risks and push design in quality during APQP, in order to eliminate any quality risks at the project development phaze and meet the lower scrap rate& customer complaint as well as flawless launch,
4.Ensure all quality tasks of new project gate proper tracking& closed.
5.Participate new project sample production, analysis the quality risk and take reaction to ensure the production under control without impacting customer complaint and higher scrap.
6.Coordinate and support external and internal audits, customer PPAP audit, readiness audit, APQP audit... communicate about audit findings and lead the corrective actions where appropriate in order to ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner
任職要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, or relevant
2.More than 5 years of working experience in quality assurance and 3 years team management as well, automtive experience is preferred.
3.Familiar with IATF16949.
4.Familiar with Molidng/ Assy/ Stamping process or connector quality is a plus.
5.Proficient in written and oral english.
6.Good communication skill, ownership, leadership, proactive thinking.
7.Good problem solving skill, 6 sigma, Red-X certified is prefered.
8.Integrity, accountability, self-motivated, logical, team spirit, ability to work under pressure.

TE Connectivity (TE) 中國汽車事業(yè)部在中國建有兩個專有生產(chǎn)基地，建筑總面積超過56, 000平方米，共擁有近400條生產(chǎn)線，3300多名員工。主要生產(chǎn)端子、連接器、傳感器、繼電器、中央電器盒、特殊線纜裝配系統(tǒng)、新能源系統(tǒng)、信息娛樂系統(tǒng)、感應(yīng)系統(tǒng)、線束和套管等產(chǎn)品。

TE中國汽車事業(yè)部的這兩個生產(chǎn)基地分別為保稅區(qū)內(nèi)工（“EPZ工廠”）和保稅區(qū)外工廠（“NEPZ工廠”），均位于江蘇省蘇州市工業(yè)園區(qū)。其中，EPZ工廠占地面積為68, 000平方米，于2006年6月落成并投入運營，2012年6月完成二期擴建工程后的總建筑面積近32, 000平方米。目前，EPZ工廠正在規(guī)劃三期擴建工程，未來建成后的總建筑面積將達到36,500平方米。

為加大生產(chǎn)，更好地服務(wù)本地客戶，TE中國汽車事業(yè)部于2007年11月在蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)保稅區(qū)外設(shè)立了NEPZ工廠。2013年7月，NEPZ工廠整體搬遷至位于蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)汀蘭巷的新廠區(qū)。新廠區(qū)占地面積69,000平方米，一期的建筑面積近25, 600平方米。計劃2017年年底前建成二期廠房，屆時NEPZ工廠總建筑面積將達到45, 000平方米。

TE中國汽車事業(yè)部的蘇州工廠均具備ISO 9001/ISO/TS 16949質(zhì)量體系，以及ISO 14001環(huán)境管理體系和OHSAS 18001職業(yè)健康安全管理體系認(rèn)證資格。

2015年6月，TE中國汽車事業(yè)部的蘇州工廠獲得TE運營優(yōu)勢（TEOA）四星認(rèn)證，TEOA是一項在全球集團范圍內(nèi)推行的計劃，旨在通過應(yīng)用最佳實踐和流程優(yōu)化，更好地利用公司最寶貴的資產(chǎn)——人員、工廠、設(shè)備，從而達到提高業(yè)務(wù)績效的目標(biāo)。TEOA四星認(rèn)證，表明蘇州EPZ和NEPZ工廠在各方面均達到了卓越的精益生產(chǎn)水平，名列TE全球“明星工廠”之列。
