JOB SUMMARY
?Responsible for the coordination of transportation and freight forwarder services and creation of compliant documentation required for domestic and international shipments. Analyze the company and customers’ requirements to ensure the lowest cost of transportation and ensure 100% accurate, damage free, delivery to end customers. Interact with freight carriers, order planners, and warehouse teams.Ensure 100% compliance in Customs and CIQ declaration, all import, export activities and bonded management by following GTCD export compliance policy.

ROLES
?Daily review of order queue for coordination of transportation requirements including dangerous goods declaration
?Review freight options for timely, cost effectiveness and safest delivery method
?Create appropriate paperwork to ensure compliance to import/export requirements
?Provide feedback to Transportation management teams for development of shipper’s routing guide.
?Analyze traffic data for business performance review and find solution for improvement.
?Develop and utilize logistics management systems to smooth daily work.
?Manage and conduct training for Traffic department and all staff on Customs, CIQ regulations, including bonded management and AEO certification.Manage bonded operations of future business opportunities.
?Perform other duties as required and requested by supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
?Knowledge of country specific import/export regulation
?Knowledge of China Customs and CIQ regulations and operations, bonded management and AEO is a must.
?Knowledge of logistics systems, including trace &tracking, inventory in&out balance and etc., mindset of using system to operate and manage traffic business is a plus.
?Knowledge of project management and can lead and complete a traffic project
?Independent with good problem-solving skills
?Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
?Fluently use English as working language
?PC proficient skills of Windowsand Microsoft office software, Oracle or SAP experience is a must.

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
?Min Bachelor degree of business management, logistics or SCM related. Min 5 years’ experience in logistics, SCM function including planning, scheduling and shipping operations.
