職位名稱：運(yùn)營(yíng)需求分析師
- Managed various MAS’ findings remediation projects as the Stream Lead under CDD competency center within WM COO Business Risk & Regulatory Risk (BR&RM) team to track delivery and ensure adherence to the regulatory and policy requirements.
- Lead regulatory change projects and initiatives throughout its lifecycle, covering business requirements development, issue resolution, risk and impact assessment and solution implementation through issue-based framing of challenges, facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
- Implemented new or enhanced efficient and aligned process to periodic KYC review (PKR) and account opening support for the Markets in HK and SG WM business to achieve efficacy and scale.
- Performed data and issue analysis and management analytics on CDD data and documents, PKR activities such as reviewing client profile for account opening or maintenance for decision, reporting and to develop proper remediation steps and coverage for any findings or issue.
- Prepared training material and conducted effective change communication for the business.
- Maintained oversight and escalated operational issue or incidents and worked with Local Risk units, Operations, Legal, Compliance and IT teams to ensure risk is assessed and managed adequately.

1.金融、管理、信息及相關(guān)專業(yè)；本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2.英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫流利，具有金融行業(yè)三年及以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
3.熟悉投行/財(cái)富管理機(jī)構(gòu)業(yè)務(wù)流程，參與過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)類項(xiàng)目系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)施者優(yōu)先；
4.具有豐富的金融行業(yè)實(shí)務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)；
5.具有一定的金融IT行業(yè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉業(yè)務(wù)架構(gòu)。
6.具有豐富的客戶溝通經(jīng)驗(yàn)，應(yīng)變能力強(qiáng)，善于控制需求變化，進(jìn)行需求管理；
7.具有較強(qiáng)的邏輯分析能力和文字表達(dá)能力，思維清晰敏捷，執(zhí)行力強(qiáng)。
