職責(zé)描述：
Summary of Role:
-Plan and execute technical projects to implement company manufacturing strategy in AP
-Harmonize & introduce company manufacturing technology for excellent operation
-Establish and optimize working procedure to realize competence synergy among operation plants
Responsibilities in Detail:
1.Create detailed mid-term projects implementation roadmap in AP region, and work out comprehensive Capex application dossier.
2.Develop production plans and establish procedures to maintain high standards of manufacturing operations to ensure the product conformity to established customer, company and country quality standards.
3.Design, develop and implement manufacturing technology (according state of the art technology), process monitoring, data collection, production policies and programs that help the organization to maintain and improve its competitive position and the profitability of the operation.
4.Establish and maintain partnership with external suppliers to strengthen technological capabilities in order to reach the company’s long-term goals.
5.Identify, recommend and implement changes to improve productivity, reduce cost and scrap, monitor scrap and rework data, implementation and maintenance of production standards.
6.Initiate, lead and implement major projects (e.g., plant layout changes, installation of capital equipment, major repairs, etc.).
7.Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned and required.

任職要求：
Qualifications:
?Education :
Bachelor Degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical related or a 4-year technical degree in related discipline.
?Work Experience:
-Experience working with manufacturing-based technology, processes and principles is preferred.
-5+ years of experience in manufacturing-project management, preferably in a process oriented operations and/or related industry. Medical device industry preferred.
