Position Summary工作摘要:
As project engineer, he will overall accountable for the new project which relative to building, workshop expansion, EHS relative projects, besides, he will indirect support on EHS activities, develop and implement FRESENIUS’s EHS strategy.

Project Section:
1.Prioritize capital projects with Engineering Manager.
2.Be the lead on capital projects in term of Engineering know-how, scope, design, design validation, contractors and vendors’ ion, tendering, contractor ion, Capex preparation and submission, execution, commissioning and troubleshooting, training of operators and hand over.
3.Develop key performance indicators and process to control and track progress of capital project management.
4.For projects with a lead contractor acting as project manager (turnkey project type), critically oversee and assess project stages and deliverables, and intervene through contractor when project gets off track.
5.Ensure continuous update and communication of status of project to management as well as internal stakeholders and internal customers of the project.
6.Manage all aspects of capital project from start to finish so that it is completed to the project scope, on time, on quality and on budget.
7.To ensure that project is handed over to respective department smoothly as well as operated at scoped safety, efficiency, cost and product quality
8.Maintain efficient communication between all parties.
9.The role does not have direct supervision of staff, but has authority under the supervision of the Engineering manager, for internal , use of internal resources, as well as coordination of external parties in relation to capital project under the capital project engineer’s control.
10.Embrace diversity, suggestions, lead through influence and engagement of stakeholders and effective communication.
11.Establish project WBS, prepare schedule, plan project resources, allocate budget, verify and process invoices, enter & approve time sheet.
12.Involve functional expertise in design reviews and key decisions as well as risk strategies.
13.Develop status reports on capital projects.
14.Other task or project as required by the Engineering Manager.
任職資格:
Education 教育背景:
At least Bachelor Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering, Architecture related field.
Work experience工作經(jīng)驗(yàn):
At least 3-5 years in Engineering project, project management, contractor management, cost control in manufacturing experience.
Competence and skills技能技巧:
1. At least 3-5 years in Engineering project, project management, contractor management, cost control in manufacturing experience.
2.Good Project Management skills and knowledge of Project Management processes, PMP certificate is plus
3.Be familiar with the business procedure of local authorities. (Safety Supervision, environmental protection agency, firefighting, etc
4. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
5.Sensitivity to cultural diversity
6.Strong expertise in safety, quality, internal process control, lean manufacturing, and business process excellence.
