職責(zé)描述：1. 根據(jù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容、學(xué)生實(shí)際情況和學(xué)生的認(rèn)識(shí)規(guī)律，精心設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)程序；2. 耐心研究教學(xué)方法及課程內(nèi)容、授課過(guò)程，根據(jù)IGCSE，Alevel教學(xué)大綱研究考試方向和考試知識(shí)點(diǎn)，定期舉行評(píng)教；3. 根據(jù)學(xué)生不同基礎(chǔ)、不同需求規(guī)劃學(xué)習(xí)方案；4. 及時(shí)了解學(xué)生成績(jī)及心理變化，適時(shí)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化教學(xué)手段并做好課外輔導(dǎo)；5. 在授課期間適當(dāng)組織測(cè)驗(yàn)活動(dòng)，檢驗(yàn)學(xué)生接受輔導(dǎo)的成效，并做出教學(xué)質(zhì)量分析；6. 參加本學(xué)科教研交流，研究和選擇先進(jìn)的教學(xué)方法；7. 服從學(xué)術(shù)校長(zhǎng)的安排，完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時(shí)交辦的任務(wù)。任職要求：1. 良好的英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫能力。非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)，英語(yǔ)要求達(dá)到六級(jí)；英語(yǔ)專業(yè)要求達(dá)到專業(yè)八級(jí)；2. 數(shù)學(xué)、英語(yǔ)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、會(huì)計(jì)、商務(wù)相關(guān)專業(yè)的碩士研究生及以上學(xué)歷；3. 具備敬業(yè)精神和職業(yè)道德操守，性格開(kāi)朗，具有較強(qiáng)的感召力和親和力，思路敏捷清晰，做事認(rèn)真仔細(xì)；4. 樂(lè)于接受挑戰(zhàn)，能夠承受工作壓力；樂(lè)觀向上，心懷開(kāi)闊、具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識(shí)；5. 熱愛(ài)教育事業(yè)，有志成為老師者；6. 能夠承擔(dān)英語(yǔ)教授A-level相應(yīng)課程者；7. 海歸人士及有一線教師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或持有英方A-LEVEL教師資格證書者優(yōu)先；
